I was looking for information on a rehab program close to home while during my search the website for Cadas said for imediate help to call 911, 911 sent 4 cop cars and an ambulance. While Joshua Allen was explaining the situation to the officers, I was seated and talking to the EMTs, the EMTs suggested I go to the hospital for evaluation. The officer talking to Josh asked him how he knew me, Josh responded with “he is my boyfriend” and that’s when the officers attitude shifted from professional and calm to angry and aggressive, All the officers stood in a circle around me. the officer approached me and was inches from my face yelling “if you get to that hospital and act wild, I’ll see to it that you go to jail, do you understand” I calmly responded with “yes sir, I don’t act wild in hospitals” the officer asked the EMTs “do you HAVE to take him to the hospital?” they said “no” then the officer forcably went to grab my shirt but didn’t get a grip and came back at me a second time getting ahold of my shirt and yanked me to the floor face down to where he had a knee on my head and neck. He said “I don’t like punks like you!” he then told another officer to put handcuffs on me, the second officer and the one that threw me to the floor then pulled me up but before I could stand they started for the door dragging me, when they reached the door both officers took a step to the left pushing me into the doorframe with such force that there was a blood smear. They then continued to the police car where I was layed against the trunk, they opened the door to the car then threw me into the back seat head first and slammed the door. the other officers began to yell at Josh for asking “why is he being arrested?” “what’s happening?” two of the other officers said “get the fuck back in that house before you piss me off” “you want to go to jail too?l” “he said get back in that house?l” Josh walked back towards the house, an officer stood in the driveway with his hand on his gun until Josh got inside. I was told once I got to the jail I was arrested for public intoxication and was not going to receive any medical attention for my face, which was still bleeding. I have pictures of my face before and after the incident and of the door frame , Josh and the neighbor both saw the event. All the lawyers here in town all say that they won’t help because it’s a small town, this can’t be right, I never did anything wrong or disrespectful to deserve to be arrested and hurt.
